Home Visits
Due to requests by some individuals, we can do home visits per request depending on location. This option will be ideal if you still want a personal consultation, but in the comfort of your own home.
A form with personal details will be completed on arrival. Thereafter a nutritional assessment (including weight, length, diet and medical history) will be done. All the information discussed during the session will be emailed to you within two to four days after the home consultation. A personalized meal plan can be requested at an additional cost. A starter pack with dietary guidelines will either be given at the consultation or emailed. A call out fee will be included in the tariffs.
How does it work?
- Fill in the online booking form
- You will receive an email with tariffs and banking details for payment
- An email will be sent to confirm the date for a home visit
- Your diet plan and information will be sent within two to four working days after the home visit
